Transfer your vegetable oil into a frying pan up to 3 inches deep or more and heat up the oil, take scoops of about 2-5 teaspoons (depending on the size you desire) of the batter with your hand or ice cream scoop and drop carefully into the frying oil .
As the batter swells and fry, the lower part of the batter in the hot oil changes colour into golden brown. Flip the batter to the other side and turn till all the parts is a golden brown puff puff . Remove your puff puff from the frying oil with long straining spoon and place on your plates. You can serve and enjoy it warm with tea or other snacks.
