  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use fresh parchment papers to line two baking sheets. 
  2. Sift flour into a large bowl. In another bowl, break and whisk the eggs content then add to the whisked eggs  sugar, butter, milk and vanilla until the mixture is homogenous.
  3. Ensure that you transfer the wet ingredients like egg, milk etc into dry ingredients like flour, sugar etc and stir the whole mix until it is even but not overworked  dough.
  4. The dough will be sticky. Turn it out on a surface with light flour while being careful not to load in too much flour into the dough. Alternatively, you can add light flour to your hands and cut off a piece of dough, roll and flatten into a biscuit then place carefully on your baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned.
