How to make home made cookie crisp breakfast cereal?

INSTRUCTIONS

Switch on your oven and preheat to 400 degrees.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Measure and transfer the coconut oil , brown sugar and vanilla extract into an empty large mixing bowl, then use a hand mixer to beat these ingredients until they turn creamy.

Add the measured ground flax and water to the creamy mixture and beat until combined evenly .
Add the measured durum flour, oats, salt, and baking soda and stir with the hand mixer until well combined.

Introduce the the chocolate chips and stir to get an almost crumbly paste dough mixture you can still press to form shapes.

Measure teaspoon size of the dough and roll balls and carefully arrange them each ball separately on the prepared baking sheets and transfer to the preheated oven to bake for 10 minutes. 

Remove from oven once The balls are baked and turned golden brown .

Cool completely on wire racks. Bake one sheet at a time and store the Cookie Crisp breakfast cereal in an airtight container. Serve with milk or eat plain.
