Method:1.
Dry fry cashew nuts inside a large fry pan applying a medium heat until it looks golden and aromatic.
Applying high heat, heat the vegetable oil in the fry pan until you see smoke rise from it.2.
Put carrot, onion and saute till they become succulent.
Add chocolate and stir continuously for about 2 minutes.
Put frozen peas to combine and add salt and pepper until you get the desired taste.3. Put into cooked rice, stir well so that it will combine with vegetables.
You can break up the rice easily by using two wooden spoons, this depends solely on choice.
Right after, stir them through,do not press them down so the fried rice is not heavy. You can serve.
